Where is the office located?
Our office is located at 1350 Dresden Drive NE, Suite 1006, Brookhaven, GA 30319. We also have a network of providers to service patients nationwide via telehealth.
Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes! New patients are always welcome at our practice. We are committed to making your visits pleasant and stress-free.
What are your payment options?
We are a concierge medicine facility, so we promise the best, most affordable rate. We currently do not accept insurance or HSA. Please see our packages under our services to learn how to get the biggest bang for your buck! We offer payment plans for packages and bundles.
What sets your clinic apart from the rest?
Balanced Aesthetics is your one-stop shop for all of your wellness needs, from nutrition plans, peptide regimens, and HRT/TRT to advanced laser services, effective aesthetic services, filler and neurotoxin services with our expert injector.
How to submit a refill request
You can:
1. The fastest way to get your refill request into our system is to submit a form here.
If you submitted the form DO NOT go to steps 2 or 3.
2. Call the main office number at 470-226-2390 and let any of our team members know your first and last name, date of birth and request your refill.
3. For after-hours requests you can leave us a voicemail with the same information and someone from our team will give you a call back to verify we received your request.
When will I be charged for my membership?
All memberships are charged at the first of every month. To cancel your membership you must call the office and speak to a team member to verify your cancellation before the 1st of the month. Voicemails after hours and over the weekend will not be eligible for refunds.
